MEET THE CHEF
Chef and owner Karen Lippold, has combined her international living experience and love of cooking to create Gourmet by Karen. A former Peace Corps Volunteer from West Africa (Republic of Mali), Karen lived abroad for over 20 years (Asia, Europe and Africa) working with indigenous people and learning their cultures and respective cuisines. Karen combines flavors, textures and colors from around the world to create exceptional cross-cultural menus.
